Conclusions

• Mozilla is an OSS pioneer in documenting and enforcing process
• Process still needs refinement; solve disputes and representation better
• Software process can be interesting (exciting even?) if well designed
• Other OSS projects could benefit from process and tools, but few do
• Need more research and interested people in OSS SE
• SE needs new concepts to understand (and trust) OSS
